Standard Terms & Conditions
Pricing
Prices are valid for 30 days from date of quote submission.
Working Hours
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation inclusions, no allowance has been made for works to be completed outside normal working hours. Normal working hours meaning day operations between 6am – 6pm.
Quotation Inclusions
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation inclusions, no allowance has been made for permit creation or other preparation works required by the Client or operational site. If such controls are required these will be provided by the Client or EZSCAF will have the right to charge out hourly administration cost associated with these preparations.
Variations to Quotation
Any variations or required changes to the scope and/or quotation provided will be agreed upon in writing by both parties before work commencement.
Materials
All materials delivered to site will remain the property of EZSCAF, however become Client responsibility with regards to the acceptance, security, damages, theft, or loss. Any materials not returned to returned damaged will be charged at the current sales rate. Material hire rates continue on all items until returned or payment is received for the damage or losses.
Quality of Goods
The Client must inspect the Goods on delivery and must within seven (7) days of delivery notify EZSCAF in writing of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or quote. Upon such notification the Client must allow EZSCAF to inspect the Goods.
Delays
EZSCAF waive all rights to costs associated with any unforeseen delays outside of EZSCAF control, including but not limited to; natural weather events, construction site closure, epidemics, government actions, delays caused by Client or other third parties. Hire rates will remain chargeable in these instances until materials are returned to EZSCAF.
Account Terms
EZSCAF account terms are as follows:
- Jobs extending over the period of one (1) month will be invoiced monthly for all services completed and/or rental chargeable in that timeframe.
- Net payment is required within 30 days of invoice date, unless otherwise agreed and/or specified.
- Any queries received after this period will not be accepted.
